Depending on how you use the site, we may process:
- Contact form and email: name, email address, subject, message content, and any other information you voluntarily provide.
- Server logs: IP address, user agent (browser/device), requested URL, timestamp, and similar technical metadata generated when you access the website.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Contact form and email correspondence — to receive and respond to your inquiry (including demo/meeting requests). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract / performance of a contract at your request).
- Website security and server logs — to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website (integrity, availability, abuse prevention). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is ensuring the integrity and security of the website and IT systems.
We do not operate a newsletter on this website and do not rely on consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR for marketing subscriptions.
4. Recipients
Personal data may be accessed by internal staff who need it to handle your request. Hosting and infrastructure services are provided by EU hosting / infrastructure providers acting as processors under Art. 28 GDPR. For website analytics we use Cloudflare, Inc. as an analytics provider and processor under Art. 28 GDPR; it receives technical measurement data solely to produce aggregated statistics and does not sell that data. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Fonts used on this website are self-hosted. Cloudflare Web Analytics may involve processing by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA); where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (as applicable) are used.
6. Retention
- Contact inquiries: typically retained for up to 24 months after the last correspondence, unless a longer retention period is required by law or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- Server logs: typically retained for ≤ 30 days, unless a longer period is required to investigate a security incident.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and objection (Arts. 15–21), as well as data portability (Art. 20) where applicable. We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
10. Cookies and local storage
This website uses only technically necessary storage required for basic operation and security. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Web fonts are self-hosted and are not loaded from third-party font CDNs.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.) to measure aggregated website traffic (page views, referrers, paths, countries). The measurement is designed to be privacy-preserving and does not rely on cross-site advertising cookies. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in understanding aggregated reach and improving the site). Cloudflare acts as our processor under Art. 28 GDPR where applicable.
